Uncompleted houses and Completed houses.
The Uncompleted house are in 2 forms-
1. lintel level and 2. the ones already plastered.
To key into the purchase, a non refundable application fee of N10k is to be paid.
Its a matter of first come first get.
An Initial deposit of 50% is to be paid before allocation will be given to the buyer of the house within 2years with NO interest.
The 50% would be paid at the interest rate of 2.5% per year of the balance left for a period of 10 years.
Further discounts wiuld be given to those who have already bought land from Sweet Estate. The amount of the land would be deducted as the discount.
Remember, the initial deposit of 50% can be paid at once, within months, 1 year or 2years. Once allocation is given, you can finish up, move in and balance up within the number of years agreed upon by the company and buyer.
